Criminal Charges Reduced

Good result for a 60 year old client to day in criminal court. She was charged with a C felony drug sale charge. Based on the facts, I was able to get the DA to reduce the charge to an A misdemeanor casual exchange. No jail time. Fine and probation. This was a good result with justice for everyone. Happy to see that sometimes the system still works.
